Calling for “sea and sky”

P&O Cruises
Iona Art Competition

We are delighted to be starting the New Year with a fantastic new competition that will help create an original piece of artwork for Iona, our brand new ship which will be launched in 2020.

Enter our competition

P&O Cruises is going to create an amazing collage, using photos of the sea. That’s where you come in. Send us your best photo and the winning entries will be included in the artwork on Iona. The key rule is that your photo must ONLY contain sea and sky. No people, no buildings, no boats. Just sea and sky.

We want your photos, like our ship Iona, to make the sea the star, whether it’s the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, the Pacific, your local beach or other parts of the amazing British coastline.

The competition is open to everyone over the age of 18 and closes 28 February 2019.

P&O Cruises president Paul Ludlow and P&O Cruises Art Curator Tom Tempest Radford will choose the 18 pictures needed from all the entries. The person judged to have submitted the best overall image will be invited to Iona’s naming ceremony in Southampton in Spring 2020. The 17 runners up will visit Iona for the day for a special tour and lunch during the ship’s maiden year.
