Even when he’s not with us, you can still learn to cook and present Marco’s dishes, as our chefs host Unmistakably Marco Classes and Unmistakably Marco Dinners to give you the inside track on his recipes and techniques. Cooking done, it’s time to tuck in and enjoy the delicious food you’ve created. Places are limited, so make sure you book early.

After welcoming you to his two hour masterclass held exclusively on Britannia, Marco will be your guide as you learn to cook restaurant-quality food. What better way to master Marco’s techniques than by trying them out first-hand, overseen by the man himself? Dishes cooked and served, it’s time to tuck in and enjoy them together. One of the highlights of any cruise is the Gala Evening. On these glamorous occasions, a gourmet dining experience is available to everyone, presented in the main restaurant. Our Gala menus have been created personally by the legendary godfather of British cooking, Marco Pierre White. Some of Marco’s favourite dishes are celebrated in the five-course menu. Savour such treats as Bayonne ham and Parmesan mousse; New England half split lobster with a Mornay sauce; Champagne sorbet; and orange-scented savarin with summer berries. And, you can complete this wonderful experience by treating yourself to one of our speciality wines, including three exclusive Bon Viveur blends created by Olly Smith.

Ocean Grill
Marco’s philosophy is clear to see (and taste) at Ocean Grill – to create something special and memorable, but above all wholly enjoyable. In the spirit of all great London grill restaurants, you can savour mouth-watering steaks and seafood in a relaxed, yet sophisticated ambience. As you would expect from one of the world’s leading chefs, attention to detail is paramount, and provenance and quality are key. The dishes, while simple, are masterfully presented, delivering exceptional flavours. Available on board Arcadia for a small cover charge. A supplement is also payable on selected dishes.
