Feel P&O have let standards slip
The ship had too many passengers on board, swimming pools too small, unable to get near them on sea days, very crowded. Towel policy not adhered to, sunbeds left all day with towels on but unoccupied. The live lounge too small to accommodate passengers who wanted to see shows, people occupying seats as foot rests, staff unable to monitor. Food in main dining areas never hot, luke warm, service at times exceedingly slow. Air conditioning not balanced, some areas very cold others very warm. Enjoyed the one speaker and some of the other evening entertainment
