Holidays are all about relaxation, delicious food, beautiful destinations and being entertained. There’s never a dull moment on board our ships and providing you with the best entertainment at sea is a big part of what we do. From dazzling West End-style shows to stand-up comedy, live music and much, much more, we want you to have something to look forward to at every moment of your holiday.

In the spotlight

If theatre’s your thing, then you’re in for a treat. On our ships you’ll find some of the most lavish and spectacular shows at sea. There are compilations of West End and Broadway shows, tribute acts, cabaret performances, stand-up comedy and quizzes, to mention a few. Our theatres are a real treat to behold, too. From Azura’s 800-seat, two-tier The Playhouse theatre to Oceana’s elegant Footlights theatre, the glamour and glitz of theatre going is brought to the high seas.

And we can’t forget Britannia. Headliners theatre introduces a new era of on-board entertainment with the very latest technology, including an LED screen wall providing a change of scenery in the blink of an eye, creating a truly unique and immersive experience. Britannia also plays host to our very popular Strictly Come Dancing Themed Cruises. Featuring dancers and judges from the hit BBC show, they’re not to be missed. In 2016 every cruise with over three sea days will now feature a Strictly Come Dancing competition, so you can get involved. For foodies, Britannia’s Food Hero cruises offer a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with our famous food heroes, while Britain’s first cookery school at sea, The Cookery Club, gives you the chance to learn from the experts.

It’s true to say that there’s never a dull moment on board. From morning through to night, we’ll keep you entertained. On many ships there are multiple theatre performances on selected nights so that you can plan your evening however you like. Catch a show before dinner or enjoy one after – or both! And for movie buffs, our on-board cinemas show classic films as well as new releases, so you can keep up your screen viewing even at sea.

Lady Luck

Fancy your chances in one of our on-board casinos? Step inside and you’ll find yourself surrounded by sumptuous décor and all the glitz and glamour you’d expect of a casino. Traditional card and table games like Blackjack, Poker and Roulette are on offer, along with the latest slot machines. If you haven’t played before, don’t worry. We offer interactive sessions where you can learn valuable tips and information from those in the know.

Dancing shoes

With no alarms to wake up to, make the most of our late night offerings and don your glad rags and dancing shoes. After a drink or two in one of our bars, head to the on-board nightclubs where you can dance the night away to DJs and live bands, who play a wide selection of music from every era to create a fun and lively atmosphere. Our clubs feature state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems and dance floors, and the bars are well-stocked with your favourite refreshments.

And for the children…

While you laugh along with one of our on-board shows, or sip a relaxing drink in one of our bars, we have the perfect options for keeping the children entertained. Our family-friendly ships (Aurora, Azura, Britannia, Oceana and Ventura) have a wide selection of entertainment options on offer, as well as child-friendly pools and public areas. There are fully supervised discos and karaoke sessions, or for something a little more chilled they can catch a movie with their newfound friends. And each of our five family-friendly ships runs a free on-board programme for 2-17 year olds known as The Reef where you’ll find dedicated clubs to make sure the little ones enjoy their holiday as much as you.
