We would like a professional photographer to attend my wedding. How do we arrange and pay for this?
All photography packages can be arranged and paid for once you join your cruise. Prior to your wedding, you will be offered a private meeting with the ship's photographer to discuss your individual requirements. The cost of your individual photographs or photography package will be charged to your on board account.

Our ships' florists can provide bridesmaids' bouquets. If you would like to order these, please ensure this is detailed on your planning form.

Do P&O Cruises provide songs and readings for our ceremony or will we need to arrange this personally?
Although we provide traditional music for the ceremony entrance and signing of the register, you are welcome to provide your own music on CD if you would prefer. You may like to arrange for a member of your ceremony party to read a piece of poetry or prose during your ceremony. Should you choose a reading or your own music for your ceremony, you will need to bring your selected reading and/or music with you on your cruise.

We are travelling on a Southampton to Southampton cruise. Are we able to bring our own cake and flowers with us and store them on the ship?
You are very welcome to bring your own cakes or flower arrangements on board. These must be stored in your own cabin due to our health and safety requirements.
